Refund Policy

1. Overview
MufaSoft Technologies Pvt Ltd is committed to transparent fee policies. This Refund Policy applies to all course enrollments made through our website, campus, or authorised representatives. Payments are collected via Razorpay in compliance with applicable merchant guidelines.
2. Cancellation Before Batch Start
- More than 7 days before batch start: 90% of the course fee paid will be refunded. 10% is retained as administrative and processing charges.
- 3–7 days before batch start: 50% of the course fee paid will be refunded.
- Less than 3 days before batch start: No refund is applicable. You may request a one-time batch transfer subject to seat availability.
3. After Batch Commencement
Once classes have commenced, fees are generally non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances (medical emergency, relocation, documented hardship), MufaSoft may consider a partial refund or credit toward a future batch at its sole discretion. Requests must be submitted in writing to info@mufasoft.com within 7 days of the batch start date.
4. MufaSoft-Initiated Cancellation
If a batch is cancelled or postponed by MufaSoft, students may choose a full refund of fees paid for that batch or transfer to the next available batch without additional charges.
5. Refund Process
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
- Razorpay and bank processing times may apply beyond our control.
- Refund requests must include enrollment ID, payment reference, and reason for cancellation.
- Send requests to info@mufasoft.com with subject line "Refund Request — [Your Name]".
6. Non-Refundable Items
Registration fees (if separately charged), third-party certification costs, study materials already issued, and promotional/discounted enrollments marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase are not eligible for refund unless required by law.
7. Payment Disputes
For payment disputes or unauthorised transactions, contact us immediately at info@mufasoft.com and your bank or Razorpay support. We will cooperate with investigation and resolution as per RBI and payment network guidelines.
8. Policy Updates
MufaSoft may revise this Refund Policy. The version applicable to your enrollment is the one published at the time of payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
